McKenzie Regional Workforce Center

The McKenzie Regional Workforce Center, a cutting edge workforce development learning facility, is being built in Fitchburg to address the critical shortage of adequately trained skilled workers in the Madison area. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County and MABA have worked closely together on the design of the building, the programs that will be offered, and outreach to area schools to inform students of another option for post-high school education. This project sparked the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the National Association of Home Building (NAHB) to form a national partnership to develop other pilot programs across the nation.

Construction of the McKenzie Regional Workforce Center is set for completion in April 2023. For more information, visit bgcdcbuilds.com.
